Zoe’s Sweet Kitchen Lives up to its Name: Zoe's Sweet Kitchen está a la alta de su nombre

I think I just found my new favorite breakfast spot in Port Charlotte. Zoe’s Sweet Kitchen kept popping up on my phone as a suggestion, and when I finally checked it out, I will have to give this small sweet spot some major props. For such a small place, the amount of cakes, cookies, cupcakes, and more that it showed on the big screen was amazing, as in more than an hour, it never repeated the same picture twice.


Creo que acabo de encontrar mi nuevo lugar favorito para desayunar en Port Charlotte. Zoe's Sweet Kitchen siguió apareciendo en mi teléfono como una sugerencia, y cuando finalmente lo revise, tendré que darle a este pequeño punto dulce algunos accesorios importantes. Para un lugar tan pequeño, la cantidad de pasteles, galletas, cupcakes y más que se mostró en la pantalla grande fue increíble, ya que en más de una hora, nunca repitió la misma imagen dos veces.




Using Boar’s Head brand meats, the food tastes of quality and not grease. Having a stomach that gets a little sensitive with age to stuff like too much oils, I was pleasantly surprised that food was not served with excessive amounts of visible oils. Instead, the food was flavored, and they opted to grill instead of fry certain items like the Monte Cristo. In their version, ham and turkey is served on French Toast, not deep fried, making it a delicious spin to try.


Usando carnes de la marca Boar's Head, la comida sabe a calidad y no a grasa. Al tener un estómago que se vuelve un poco sensible con la edad a cosas como demasiados aceites, me sorprendió gratamente que la comida no se sirviera con cantidades excesivas de aceites visibles. En cambio, la comida tenía sabor, y optaron por asar a la parrilla en lugar de freír ciertos artículos como el Montecristo. En su versión, el jamón y el pavo se sirven en tostadas francesas, no fritas, lo que lo convierte en un toque delicioso para probar.



Only open until 2 p.m., this is a spot known not only for lunch and dinner, but for its baked goods. Having an array of massive, fresh muffins, their coconut macarons were large, moist and worthy of indulgence. Though they have a small display of baked goods, they can create just about whatever baked goods customized for events like birthdays, weddings, holidays and more.


Solo está abierto hasta las 2 p.m., este es un lugar conocido no solo para el almuerzo y la cena, sino también por sus productos horneados. Con una variedad de magdalenas enormes y frescas, sus macarons de coco eran grandes, húmedos y dignos de indulgencia. Aunque tienen una pequeña exhibición de productos horneados, pueden crear casi cualquier producto horneado personalizado para eventos como cumpleaños, bodas, días festivos y más.
