Paranormal Existence Research Society chat: Chat de la Sociedad de Investigación de la Existencia Paranormal
At Fantasm Horror, Paranormal and Burlesque Convention in Orlando, I met up with actor Hal Havins for a quick chat, before beelining over to the Paranormal Existence Research Society, P.E.R.S.. With many knowing that I have had an interest in the paranormal for some time, doing a few ghost hunts of my own over the years across the globe, I had to quiz up P.E.R.S. with a few of my own observations to see what they thought about it. The video below shows both conversations, which are pretty interesting I'd say.

Joking around with actor Hal Havins was a good time, as he is the type to say silly stuff with a straight face. His face does not crack as he's telling you these one-liners, adding this seriousness to the silly. This time of year, people might remember Hal Havins from "Night of the Demons," "Witchtrap," "Fear the Walking Dead," or "Your Pretty Face is Going to Hell," but he's been on so many things over the years, from "Rags to Riches," "Alf," and "21 Jump Street," to "Parks and Recreation," "Monk," "ER," and "Mad TV," though I've probably watched "Life" the most times of any of his projects quite honestly, as that's a comedy gem that only gets better like the 100th time that you watch it, with so many one-liners.

Of course, talking paranormal stuff draws me in like a moth to a flame, so chatting with P.E.R.S. about experiences with haunted places, and even a haunted doll, was really cool. Seeing how I am not a skeptic and have had a plethora of my own experiences over the years, it was a very interesting chat about that thin veil between the living and the dead. It's better for you to simply watch for yourself, as opposed to trying to summarize it in a short little space here, so check out the video below.
